Mark E. Rinehart is a corporate and real estate lawyer admitted to practice law in Utah and Colorado. He is a business transactions attorney. He has written articles on a variety of business, tax and business transaction topics. Mark speaks Portuguese. His legal practice involves:

  • asset purchase and sale agreements, and stock purchase and sale agreements
